“Otto came to my home the same day that I contacted the office. I received the quote on the same day that he came to my home. The communication was great including when he would arrive to quote, when to expect the quote, and when the crew would arrive. I received both texts and confirming calls from the office both the day before as well as the day of the appointment.

Their quote was competitive and reasonable. Unlike other companies, they were able to provide proof of insurance and liability directly from their insurance agent which is extremely important to me.

On the day of the appointment the crew finished up a job earlier than planned. The office promptly called me to advise that they would arrive before the scheduled time. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up the limbs, twigs, logs, and sawdust from the stump grinding. I recommend them and would definitely use them again.”

1. We hired them in 2021 to remove a very 125'+ old tree in our front yard. Weather caused a few days delay but they kept me informed and showed up on time and accomplished the removal in a very timely manner. It was impressive to watch and Aaron and the crew were very professional to not cause residual damage to the yard, house or driveway. They ground the stump very low so the yard was pretty smooth upon completion. Otto Tree provided great service at a very favorable price.
